    Morleys has grown over the years with many branches across London, but consistency is often a problem and different branches often serve different products ( such as the fries are different in each store).The fried chicken on my recent visit was okay and the skinny fries were good, but the problem was it was served luke warm. Not cold, but certainly not hot as it should be!Sadly this is because they clean the hot cupboard hours before they close and put the chicken in the top section to keep warm, which has no heat lamps and so all the food gets cold. This is so they can get out and go home early as soon as they close, instead of cleaning at the end of service.This needs addressing as it should be hot held at the correct temperature to avoid food poisoning, not Luke warm.My only other gripe is the lamb ribs are inconsistent. sometimes good, but often tough, full of fat ( a bit of fat is good but some of these ribs are mostly fat) and dry like eating a pair of old boots, so be warned.Overall it's an average fast food fried chicken venue open till late.

    Let me be honest food was good I had chicken wings and chips but the women that was working der had a attitude problem when you ask her how much this and that cost she don’t give right price I asked for wings she said get I said okay and I then I was p short and she goes you have to pay full amount money but I asked her before how much is wings and chips first she said £. then she said said different price after if the owner is reading this teach her how to be nice and smile to because it don’t cost nothing to smile and tell her when a customer asks you a question she should answer it correct way and be kind

    Solid service and food, nice catchy tunes to vibe.Ordered beef burger, nice and crispy on the surface but juicy on the inside. Clearly cooked fresh.Lacking just slightly on the fries, under fried so they were soft and peri seasoning was applied on top in the takeaway container rather than mixed throughout the fries in a separate bowl, shame.Other than that, solid all round. Would go again.
